Direct Walk-In Opportunity for UK Insurance-Life & Pensions & Finance Control Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, Pune on 1st November 2026 Shift Timings: Flexible with rotational shift, including nightshift Job Skill: Insurance Operations (Life, Pensions, Annuities, Retirement) & Finance Control Analyst Qualification: Graduate Notice Period: Upto 90 days Job Summary
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written) to discuss subject matter with clients in a clear and professional manner
• Should be able to develop system and process understanding
• Responsible for sharing process updates with ops team.
• Responsible for daily inventory/ transactions management
• Should highlight any gaps / change management in current SOP's
• Must be able to understand principles of insurance, insurance contracting, claims and policy servicing functions
• Must be able to develop process documents such as procedures, workflows, other training documents
• Should participate in projects initiated at a team level
•

Skills:
Reconciliation, General Ledger, R2R, Reporting, Balance Sheet, Variance Analysis, Accruals and Prepayments.
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum 2
- 8 years' experience into Financial reporting and controls experience. Key Requirements
• Graduate Degree in any stream
• 1-8 Years of qualified experience preferably in operations
• Independent, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to prioritize work within assigned caseload




• Proficiency using MS Office with good typing speed
• A team player who can collaborate with team members and clients on daily basis and is able to participate in brainstorming session with Team Leaders and SMEs to help them identify process efficiency Documents Need to Carry ID Proof (Original) & Photocopy, Updated CV, Passport Size Photograph, All Education Documents, All Experience Documents and Xerox copy of EPFO. Eligibility
• Bachelor's degree (1 Year to 7 Years) can apply.
• Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)
• Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply
• Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shift (Including night shift)
• Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory Norms to Be Followed During the Interview Process
