Employment Type: Full-time About Drivio Drivio is building India's largest auto lending marketplace, connecting customers, dealers, and lending partners through seamless financing solutions across two-wheelers, used cars, and commercial vehicles. We are looking for a Payment Operations Executive / Senior Executive with hands-on experience in used car and/or used commercial vehicle loan operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payment processing, dealer and customer payouts, disbursement verification, documentation, and reconciliation. ?

Key Responsibilities
1. Payment Processing & Disbursement
• Manage end-to-end payment processing for used car and used commercial vehicle loan cases.
• Verify approved loan amounts, beneficiary details, and payment requests before initiating payouts.
• Process payments to dealers, customers, and other approved beneficiaries as per company policies and lender guidelines.
• Handle multiple payment tranches, including advance payments and balance payments linked to vehicle ownership transfer.
• Ensure timely execution of NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other applicable payment modes. 2. Documentation & Verification
• Verify invoices, sale agreements, payment approvals, beneficiary bank details, and supporting documents.




• Ensure all payment requests are supported by the required approvals and documentation.
• Validate vehicle details, seller information, and ownership-related documents before releasing payments.
• Identify discrepancies and missing documents and ensure resolution before processing payments. 3. Reconciliation & MIS
• Reconcile payment requests against bank transaction records, UTRs, and internal system entries.
• Track failed, pending, reversed, and partially completed transactions and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain daily payment MIS covering payments initiated, processed, pending, and completed.
• Support Finance and Audit teams with payment records, transaction proofs, and reconciliation reports. ? Required Experience & Skills
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in payment operations for used car loans and/or used commercial vehicle loans.
• Robust understanding of used vehicle financing, loan disbursement processes, dealer payments, and customer payouts.
• Experience handling multiple payment tranches and payments linked to vehicle documentation and ownership transfer.
• Knowledge of bank transfers, UTR tracking,



payment reconciliation, and transaction failure resolution.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and documentation management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and working with LOS/LMS or payment operations platforms.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. ? Qualification & Experience ?

Education:
Graduate in any discipline; Commerce or Finance background preferred. ?

Experience:
2–5 years in Payment Operations, preferably within:
• Used Car Finance
• Used Commercial Vehicle Finance
• NBFCs / Banks
• Vehicle Lending
• Automotive Loan Aggregators Candidates with direct experience in used vehicle loan disbursement and dealer payment management will be preferred. ? Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Payment processing turnaround time (TAT).
• Accuracy of payment processing and beneficiary verification.
• Timely resolution of failed, pending, and reversed transactions.
• Payment reconciliation accuracy and timely UTR updates. ? Interested candidates?
