Job Description
We are hiring a remote Editor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have excellent written English skills, a solid eye for detail, and a genuine interest in helping clients create outstanding application documents. This role will also involve content creation and editing for marketing materials, as well as occasional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit and refine clients’ application essays, CVs, and cover letters for university and job applications.




• Provide copy editing and proofreading support for marketing and promotional materials, including website content, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Support administrative tasks, such as updating files and coordinating client communications.
• Ensure all written materials meet HKCareers’ professional tone and high-quality standards. Requirements
• Excellent command of written English with strong grammar, structure, and editing abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred fields include English, Journalism, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet multiple deadlines.
• Experience in editing, writing, or academic consulting is a plus.
