Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Jamnagar. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring consistent communication, timely order processing, and accurate documentation related to brass machining and manufacturing projects. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries and quotations, coordinating with production and logistics teams, monitoring delivery schedules, and addressing customer issues or escalations. The role involves maintaining up-to-date records in CRM or similar systems, preparing basic sales and performance reports, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow account revenue.



The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align customer requirements with production capabilities and company policies. Qualifications
• Experience in account management, customer service, or sales support, preferably within manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Understanding of brass machining or metal manufacturing processes, or willingness to learn technical product details to support customers effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, handle negotiations, and manage expectations professionally.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and familiarity with CRM or order management systems.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow up on orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, quality, and logistics teams in an in office industrial setting.
• Relevant educational background in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in Jamnagar’s brass industry or similar manufacturing hubs will be considered an advantage.
