About the Role
Bhanzu is looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM and strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets to support reporting, sales funnel analysis, and business performance tracking. You will work closely with the Head of International Sales to analyse sales funnels, identify performance gaps, and deliver actionable insights across international markets. Responsibilities
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across countries, categories, teams, and individual sales representatives.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track lead movement, sales activities, conversions, revenue, and target achievement.
• Analyse the sales funnel from lead allocation and connectivity to demo booking, demo completion, enrolment, and payment.
• Identify conversion gaps and growth opportunities by lead source, customer segment, grade group, geography, and sales cohort.
• Build and automate Excel or Google Sheets dashboards to improve accuracy and reduce manual reporting.
• Track lead ageing, follow-up adherence, sales productivity, revenue per enrolment, and sales cycle duration.




• Support revenue forecasting, target planning, and business reviews with clear recommendations.
• Validate Salesforce data and coordinate corrections for missing or inconsistent records.
• Evaluate the impact of campaigns, pricing changes, offers, and sales initiatives. Qualifications
- Graduation Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including report creation, dashboards, filters, and data extraction. Robust proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, charts, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP or INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, logical formulas, and date functions. Experience in data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation, with the ability to handle large datasets and build reusable reports.
• Ability to analyse sales funnels, conversion rates, revenue trends, and team productivity.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
