NeherBaari flexibly supports focused individual work, collaborative sessions, and small professional gatherings, adapting to the evolving needs of modern professionals. Role Description The Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for cultivating a welcoming, productive environment for NeherBaari members and guests. This role includes greeting and onboarding recent members, managing daily operations of the space, coordinating bookings for desks, meeting rooms, and events, and ensuring the space remains organized, clean, and functional. They will also handle basic administrative tasks such as responding to inquiries,



maintaining member records, supporting membership renewals, and collaborating with the Founder on community initiatives and partnerships. Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to engage with members and create a welcoming environment.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle daily operations, bookings, and small events efficiently.
• Basic proficiency with office software and digital tools for scheduling, member communication, and record-keeping.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, maintain a professional demeanor, and adapt to the needs of diverse professionals.
• Prior experience in event coordination or facilitation of professional gatherings is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience in a similar role is preferred. Work timings
