Role Description The Fund Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Fund Manager will be responsible for designing and executing investment strategies for AIF Category III funds, including security selection, portfolio construction, and ongoing performance monitoring. Daily activities include conducting fundamental and quantitative research, analyzing macroeconomic and sector trends, evaluating equities and other instruments, and making data-driven investment decisions aligned with fund objectives and risk parameters. The role involves active portfolio rebalancing, risk management, and liquidity oversight, as well as preparing investment reports,



reviewing performance attribution, and participating in investment committee discussions. The Fund Manager will collaborate with research, operations, compliance, and investor relations teams to ensure regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and clear communication with stakeholders. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, data interpretation, and risk assessment.
• Expertise in investments and investment management, with experience in portfolio construction and strategy execution.
• Solid foundation in finance, including knowledge of capital markets, valuation methods, and regulatory frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of equities, including sector analysis, company fundamentals, and market dynamics.
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are an advantage.
