As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our internal audit, financial controls, and risk management capabilities. We are currently seeking an Internal Auditor at our Coke Oven Plant in Mundra, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Audit and Risk Management
• Plan and execute risk-based audits across finance, treasury, procurement, production, inventory, sales, logistics and administration
• Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and financial or operational risks
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend practical improvements
• Prepare audit reports with clear findings, risks, and corrective actions Manufacturing & Plant Controls
• Review controls over raw materials, plant consumption, production yield, operational efficiency, wastage, and inventory evaluation
• Conduct inventory audits and reconciliations covering physical stock, ERP records, material movements, and stock variances.
• Analyse operational variances and identify control or process deficiencies
• Work with plant and finance teams to strengthen controls and process discipline Compliance & Governance
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal SOPs, policies, and delegation of authority
• Review financial and operational processes for proper authorisation,



documentation, and adherence to controls
• Recommend improvements to strengthen governance and operational efficiency Audit Follow-up
• Track audit findings and ensure agreed corrective actions are implemented on time
• Validate closure of findings and escalate delays or unresolved issues to management
• Coordinate with process owners to ensure sustainable implementation of audit recommendations. Ideal Candidate:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of internal audit experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, accounting, audit and compliance
• Experience with manufacturing processes, inventory, costing, and plant controls preferred
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ready to join immediately
• A diploma or certification in Internal Audit would be an added advantage
