Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients. The Business Development Executive will conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, present Level Up PR’s services, and tailor proposals to client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding,



and tracking performance metrics for business growth. The role also requires market research, competitor analysis, and participation in networking activities to strengthen the agency’s presence and support revenue targets. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present services clearly, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Relevant experience in B2B services, PR, marketing, or advertising is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis is an advantage.
