Hyderabad OSI Digital is looking for a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Administrator with strong experience in ServiceNow platform administration, ITSM processes, workflow automation, integrations, and platform maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage, enhance, and support ServiceNow environments while ensuring platform stability, security, and optimal performance. Responsibilities
• Administer, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform across various modules.
• Configure and manage ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Create and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications.
• Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and access controls (ACLs).
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and system health.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and instance management activities.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to support operational and business requirements.




• Work with ServiceNow support and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues. Required Skills
• 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow Administration and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Experience managing Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog processes.
• Experience with Flow Designer, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications. Good to Have
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, or CSM modules.
• Exposure to scripting using JavaScript within ServiceNow.
• Experience with Performance Analytics and custom reporting.
• ServiceNow CAD, CIS-ITSM, or other advanced certifications.
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies. We are not looking for someone who
• Is not willing to be part of 24/7 shift Schedule
• Never worked in the Managed Services / Support Workplace
• Never worked with International Clients and conducted or managed review meetings.
• IS not willing to work from office
