Salary:
(Negotiable) We’re looking for a creative and skilled professional who can create engaging videos and high-quality graphics for multiple brands across different industries.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
• Create social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, ad creatives and marketing banners.
• Develop strong visual hooks, storytelling and audience-retention techniques.
• Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, colour correction and sound design.
• Create original designs that follow brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the content, social media and performance marketing teams.
• Work on multiple client projects, manage revisions and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles and design practices. Required Skills
• Robust manual video-editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
• Graphic design proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent software.
• Good understanding of typography,



colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create original, engaging and platform-specific content.
• Understanding of Gen Z trends, viral formats, hooks and short-form storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to take feedback positively and deliver work independently. Important: We are not looking for basic, template-dependent work. Candidates must demonstrate original creativity, strong editing skills and practical experience through their portfolio.
