Baner, Pune (Work from Office Mandate)

Experience:
1-13 Years Shift: 6.30PM-3.30 AM IST (Night shift) Monday to Friday Qualification: Any Graduates/MBA preferred Must have

Skills:
• Experience in US IT sales or cold calling (150-200 calls per day)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Robust persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in US shift timings
• Basic understanding of IT services (preferred Digital marketing, Cyber security/ITS services/Ecommerce)

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to US-based clients
• Generate and qualify IT sales leads
• Identify client requirements and present company services
• Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales team




• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets
• Deal Closure Expertise: Proven track record of successfully closing deals end-to-end.
• Scheduling Proficiency: Skilled in scheduling meetings with prospects efficiently.
