Location:
Pune, Maharashtra ? Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline. A postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Business Management will be an advantage. ?

Experience:
6–12 Years in Solar Renewable Energy Projects ? Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time ⚡

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of solar projects, from project kick-off through commissioning, handover, and close-out.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, procurement commitments, billing milestones, contractual deliverables, and variations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC partners, OEMs, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers,



and site teams while ensuring accountability and effective coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, statutory requirements, and project documentation.
• Prepare project progress reports, MIS, and management updates to support effective decision-making. ? What We’re Looking For ✅ 6–12 years of relevant experience in solar renewable energy projects, preferably in project management, EPC execution, engineering, construction, or commissioning. ✅ Solid understanding of utility-scale Solar PV projects, electrical systems, evacuation infrastructure, and balance-of-system components. ✅ Proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, cost control, risk management, and resource utilization. ✅ Good commercial understanding of contracts, billing, variation management, and vendor negotiations. ✅ Excellent leadership, client management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, or equivalent project scheduling and reporting tools. ✅ Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate effectively across functions. ?
