Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate (Fresher), based in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying potential clients and partners, reaching out through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting ReGain Learning’s training offerings. The associate will support lead generation, maintain and update CRM or sales records, and assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports. Daily responsibilities include researching market trends, understanding learner needs, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to campaigns that drive enrollments and partnerships. The role also requires following up with prospects, supporting fundraising or outreach initiatives when needed,



and maintaining professional communication with stakeholders. Qualifications
