Role Description Java Technical Lead

Experience:
8–12+ years Role: Java Lead / Technical Lead – Java Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, databases, and cloud-native development. The candidate will be responsible for technical design, development, code quality, mentoring, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead design and development of enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot. Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs. Provide technical leadership and mentor developers. Participate in architecture and solution-design discussions. Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot complex application, performance, and production issues. Design integrations with databases, APIs, messaging systems, and external services.



Implement unit and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito. Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and Jenkins. Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. Drive application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
