Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tax Associate role based in Indore. The Tax Associate will handle day-to-day tax compliance and tax preparation activities for clients, including reviewing financial records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations. The role involves assisting in tax planning, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and supporting senior team members with research on complex tax issues. The Tax Associate will also prepare documentation, respond to client queries, coordinate with authorities as needed,



and contribute to maintaining accurate, up-to-date tax records. Collaboration with colleagues on client engagements and timely delivery of high-quality work are key aspects of this position. Qualifications
• Ability to manage tax-related work, including Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation for individuals and businesses.
• Solid understanding of Tax and Tax Law, with the capacity to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
• Solid foundation in Finance, including reading financial statements and understanding basic accounting principles.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; pursuing or holding professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in tax and accounting software, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively on-site in Indore, and a client-focused approach.
• Prior internship or work experience in taxation, audit, or accounting firms is beneficial.
