Key Responsibilities
SAP MM (Materials Management)
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and master data maintenance.
• Track material availability, inventory, goods receipts (GRN), and stock transfers.
• Support procurement planning for project and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely receipt and reconciliation of materials in SAP.
• Resolve procurement and inventory-related system issues. SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• Create and maintain customer sales orders.
• Process order releases, deliveries, billing, and invoicing activities.
• Monitor order execution from booking to revenue realization.
• Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Finance, and Project teams for order fulfillment.
• Manage customer master data and pricing conditions.
• Support revenue recognition and order closure activities. SI Business Support
• Support end-to-end project execution for System Integration projects.
• Track material procurement against project requirements.




• Monitor project margins, billing milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure SAP transactions accurately reflect business operations.
• Generate operational reports for leadership reviews.
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and process governance initiatives. Skills Required
• Strong SAP MM and SD knowledge.
• Understanding of PR, PO, GRN, Inventory, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Customer Master.
• Knowledge of SI project lifecycle and order management.
• Positive coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities. Preferred Experience
• 3-8 years of SAP MM/SD operations experience.
• Experience in System Integration, Technology Solutions, Networking, Data Center, or IT Services business.
