About the Role
This is an exciting prospect to lead talented engineers, build scalable cloud data platforms, and drive innovation across Disney’s streaming and digital businesses, including Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. ?

Key Responsibilities
* Drive platform innovation, automation, and data engineering efficiency.
* Lead architectural design, technical documentation, and system design initiatives.
* Mentor and develop engineering teams while fostering a culture of collaboration.
* Partner with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
* Improve platform performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. ? Key Skills & Qualifications




* Strong expertise in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
* Experience with Airflow, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, or OpenSearch.
* Understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms, and data engineering.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
