Whether participants are casual players or serious competitors, SkyLinEsport is focused on making competitive gaming inclusive, engaging, and rewarding. Role Description The Campus Ambassador role at SkyLinEsport is a Part-time and full Remote based . The Campus Ambassador will promote SkyLinEsport across college campuses and local communities by organizing on-ground activities, info sessions, and gaming events to drive app downloads and tournament participation. Daily responsibilities include engaging with student groups, esports clubs, and campus organizations, sharing platform updates, and collecting feedback from players to help improve the product and community experience. The role involves creating and executing localized marketing initiatives,



representing SkyLinEsport at relevant campus events, and building robust relationships with key stakeholders. The Campus Ambassador will coordinate closely with the central marketing and community teams to report on performance, share insights, and support growth campaigns. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Presentations skills, with the ability to speak confidently to groups and clearly explain platform benefits.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including basic understanding of promotional campaigns, social media outreach, and event-driven engagement.
• Candidates should possess Networking skills to build relationships with students, campus clubs, and local gaming communities.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as persuading peers to register, participate in tournaments, and remain active on the platform.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include a genuine interest in esports and gaming, prior campus leadership or event management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a college or university in Bengaluru is preferred, along with basic familiarity with BGMI, Free Fire, or similar competitive titles.
