• Leadership qualities with Excellent Communication, logical and analytical skills along with Stakeholder management
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience with strong hands-on experience on webMethods suite of products
- MWS, Broker, Universal Messaging, API Gateway etc
• Must possess sound knowledge on EAI/B2B architecture and Design methodologies
• Extensive Knowledge on System operations and Performance tuning across these modules
• Fair knowledge on Implementation/ Installation/ Upgrades/ Patch Management / Vulnerabilities fix knowledge on webMethods suite of products
• Strong Experience in designing and implementing publishing/subscription (Pub/Sub), point-to-point, and request/reply pattern designs
• Experience in API lifecycle management, enterprise-level security policy implementation, and design/implementation of high-performance, high-availability API solutions
• Extensive experience on SAP Integrations (RFC, BAPI etc)
• Experience monitoring critical metrics such as throughput, latency, channel utilization, and CPU/memory usage across all the applications and act diligently on any deviations
• Experience building and managing pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions
• Extensive experience implementing various MFT functions (AS2, VAN, SFTP, HTTP/s, CD, MQ, SMTP, AWS-S3)
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills articulating both technical and functional aspects.




• Robust Linux Scripting skills (Must)
• Experience leading multiple Integration projects with 5~15 team members, proven track record of implementing best practices, establishing team discipline, and improving operational efficiency
• Exposure to automations in any form like Agentic approach, Python, scripting etc would add value
• Ability to quickly acquire technical skills and willingness to pick up other technologies within the platform
• Must possess strong understanding of Platform Infrastructure and strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure is required
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Exposure to modern integration platforms like MuleSoft and SnapLogic is an advantage
• Experience in AI/ MCP Integrations is an advantage
• Willingness to support in shifts Webmethods Fabric Standardization of technical standards and processes between development teams in India and the United States. Conducting and overseeing code quality and architecture reviews. Early detection and development of technical challenges and planningsolutions. Optimization and updating management of the technology stack. Strengthening communication between teams. Reporting progress and ensuring transparency to management. Managing expectations with stakeholders. Early reporting and response to risks and issues. Building a close collaboration system.
