About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing solutions for our clients at BuzzOmni. The role involves understanding brand challenges, developing campaign strategies and big ideas, designing integrated solutions, and driving successful execution and client retention. You will work closely with senior brand stakeholders and lead engagements from the initial brief through campaign delivery and performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand client briefs, identify underlying business challenges, and develop brand and campaign strategies.
• Conceptualise integrated campaigns, experiential IPs, BTL activations, launches, and brand experiences.
• Design end-to-end solutions across experiential, OOH/DOOH, digital, and content.
• Develop proposals, presentations, budgets, timelines, and measurement frameworks.
• Lead client presentations and build long-term strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with creative and campaign delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Track campaign performance,



deliver post-campaign reports, and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Stay updated on consumer trends, category insights, and competitor activity. Requirements
• 8–12 years of experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, experiential, BTL, or senior client servicing.
• Proven experience in conceptualising and leading campaigns from brief to execution and results.
• Solid strategic thinking, creative ideation, analytical skills, and presentation abilities.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and growing existing accounts.
• Good understanding of integrated marketing formats, budgeting, and campaign measurement.
• Mumbai-based or willing to relocate. Key Success Measures: Client retention, account growth, proposal conversion, campaign effectiveness, client satisfaction, and delivery quality.
