Role Description The Account Head is a full-time, on-site position based at Pinnacle Honda in Kolkata. This role oversees all accounting and finance functions, including monitoring daily transactions, preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing ledgers, and ensuring timely reconciliations. The Account Head is responsible for budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, and compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The role includes supervising the accounts team, assigning tasks, mentoring team members, and implementing process improvements to maintain accurate records and streamline operations.



The Account Head collaborates closely with dealership management to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and maintain strong relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders. Qualifications
• Strong Finance and Financial Statements skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide clear, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated Account Management and Team Management skills to oversee accounting operations and guide team members effectively.
• Proficient Analytical Skills for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
• Experience in automotive retail, dealership operations, or a similar industry is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple deadlines, and maintain high ethical and compliance standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
