Role Description The General Manager Marketing role at Glory Wall Texture is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that support business growth, brand positioning, and market expansion across India. Day-to-day activities include leading market planning initiatives, overseeing marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and managing relationships with architects, designers, builders, and other key stakeholders. The General Manager Marketing will analyze market trends and customer insights, guide product and brand messaging,



and ensure consistent communication across digital and offline channels. The role also involves managing and mentoring the marketing team, setting performance goals, monitoring results, and optimizing marketing investments to support large-scale project acquisition and retention. Qualifications
• Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, including experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management.
• Ability to conduct and interpret Market Research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Proven Team Management capabilities, including leading, coaching, and developing cross-functional marketing teams.
• Sales orientation with experience collaborating closely with sales teams to drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience of minimum 5 years in building materials, interior design, construction, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and local languages is an advantage.
• Comfort working in office in Jodhpur and traveling as needed for client meetings, project reviews, and industry events.
