Role Description The Mathematics Trainer will deliver engaging, concept-driven math sessions for school-age learners, following Bhanzu’s proprietary curriculum and teaching methods. This full-time involves planning lessons, conducting live classroom sessions, and using interactive tools to make mathematics intuitive and enjoyable. The trainer will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor instruction to different learning styles and proficiency levels. Responsibilities include maintaining high classroom standards, collaborating with academic teams to continuously improve teaching materials, and participating in training and calibration sessions to stay aligned with Bhanzu’s pedagogy.



The role also involves communicating regularly with coordinators or guardians on learner progress and contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong mathematics fundamentals and the ability to explain concepts clearly, using real-world examples and mental math techniques.
• Candidates should possess classroom management and learner engagement skills, including facilitation, active listening, and handling diverse learning needs.
• Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including fluent spoken and written English.
• Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including comfort with educational technology platforms, presentation tools, and online content resources.
• Candidates should possess planning and organization skills to structure lessons, track learner progress, and meet academic and operational timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; prior teaching or tutoring experience in math is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated passion for math education, learner-centric teaching, and building confidence and curiosity in students is strongly valued.
