– Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

Remote – Offshore (India)

Working Hours
US Shift ( 8am -4pm EST)

Experience:
10+ Years Domain: P&C; Insurance / Data & Analytics preferred Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead with solid project management, delivery execution, and stakeholder management capabilities. The ideal candidate will go beyond traditional Scrum ceremonies to drive accountability, resolve blockers, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
& Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, with strong project management and execution skills.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Drive sprint execution, track milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Ensure delivery commitments are met through robust ownership, accountability, and follow-through.




- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, data engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, sprint metrics, and executive status reports.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with US-based clients and distributed offshore/onshore teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
- P&C; Insurance experience is a plus; Data & Analytics project experience is highly desirable. Ideal Candidate
