About craftAI craftAI is an Agentic AI platform for lending. We help financial institutions improve outcomes across the lending lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification through onboarding, underwriting, disbursement, servicing and collections. We work with banks, NBFCs and housing finance companies. Our AI agents support customer journeys and help lenders improve loan conversions and disbursements.
What You'll do
• Build and scale partnerships with LSPs, fintechs, DSAs and digital platforms.
• Negotiate commercials and track partner performance, lead quality, conversion and disbursements.
• Own the lending funnel from lead qualification to disbursement for selected customers.
• Find conversion bottlenecks and run experiments to improve outcomes.
• Work with lender teams and craftAI’s product, engineering and AI teams to improve journeys and agent performance.
• Drive growth in monthly loan disbursements through the platform. What we're looking for
• 3–8 years of experience in lending, fintech, digital lending or loan distribution.
• Experience in partnerships, growth, business development or lending distribution.
• Solid understanding of lending funnels and comfort with data.
• Ability to work across customers and internal teams with high ownership and pace.
