A multidisciplinary team manages services including gypsum work, partitions, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, air conditioning, painting, polishing, and civil work. Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for a Site Supervisor handling interior commercial projects. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards, and coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors. Responsibilities include managing labor and subcontractors, monitoring progress against schedules, ensuring adherence to safety practices, and maintaining site documentation such as daily reports, measurements, and material records. The role also involves resolving on-site issues, supervising installation and finishing activities, conducting quality checks,



and supporting timely completion of milestones within budget. The Site Supervisor will represent the company at the site, maintain professional communication with clients, and uphold Interex’s standards of workmanship and service. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong site supervision skills, including monitoring daily activities, coordinating multiple trades, and managing subcontractors on interior commercial projects.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of interior works such as gypsum partitions and ceilings, carpentry, painting and polishing, plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, and basic civil work.
• Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting architectural and MEP drawings, preparing measurements, and maintaining accurate site records and reports.
• Candidates should possess abilities in project coordination, including material planning, vendor follow-up, scheduling, and supporting adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, consultants, and internal teams, and to resolve site-related issues effectively.
• Relevant experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in interior commercial projects is preferred; a diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, or a related field is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess awareness of safety standards and compliance practices for construction sites and be willing to work flexible hours as required by project timelines.
