About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Furniture Designer to join our team at Dtale. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of furniture design, technical drawings, and 3D modelling, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed furniture drawings and technical designs.
• Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D furniture models and visualisations using SketchUp.
• Prepare furniture sketches, layouts, and design concepts.
• Assist senior designers in developing furniture designs based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with production and other teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Make design revisions based on feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, and technical specifications. Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Basic to positive working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Ability to prepare furniture drawings, sketches, and layouts.
• Good understanding of dimensions, measurements, and furniture detailing.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
