Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from requirements gathering and planning to implementation, testing, training, and project closure. The candidate will coordinate with customers and internal teams, monitor project progress, manage timelines and resources, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure projects are completed according to agreed requirements and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery within the agreed scope.
• Coordinate with customers to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and communicate project progress.
• Allocate tasks and coordinate with consulting, development, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, identify risks and delays,



and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Oversee project delivery, testing, customer training, documentation, and handover to the support team. Required Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementation, CRM, ERP, or IT services.
• Solid planning, organizational, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into actionable tasks.
• Experience in project tracking, status reporting, risk management, and customer coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
