Data & analysis: analyzing compensation costs, employee demographics, benefits utilization, and market data. Compliance:
helping ensure compensation and benefits programs follow employment laws and regulations. Employee communication: explaining benefits, compensation programs, and changes to employees. Vendor management: working with insurance companies, benefits brokers, retirement providers, and compensation consultants.
• Maintain employee benefits data in systems such as Darwin, Workday, or other platforms
• Manage global benefits queries via HRIS ticketing system
• Support benefit changes, renewals, and rollouts
• Assist with global compensation survey data preparation and validation
• Support compensation cycles and reporting
• Familiarity with Workday Working Model *Requirement

- 4 years in benefit changes, renewals, and rollouts
- Strong MS Office
