Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience as a Loadmaster in aviation cargo operations
- Valid airline-issued Loadmaster certification
- Dangerous Goods (DG) certification
- Solid knowledge of aircraft weight and balance, cargo loading procedures, and aviation safety regulations
