Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tekla Rebar Modeler role based in Noida. The Tekla Rebar Modeler will create and manage detailed 3D reinforcement models using Tekla Structures for a variety of building and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting structural and architectural drawings, modeling rebar and associated elements, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, and coordinating models with multidisciplinary BIM teams. The role involves preparing accurate shop drawings and bar bending schedules,



resolving clashes and inconsistencies, and supporting design and construction documentation workflows. The Tekla Rebar Modeler will collaborate closely with engineers, BIM coordinators, and project managers to maintain model quality, meet project deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling practices. Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures (rebar modeling), including 3D reinforcement detailing, shop drawings, and bar bending schedules.
• Solid understanding of structural engineering concepts, reinforcement detailing standards, and relevant building codes.
• Experience working within BIM environments, including model coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve modeling issues and inconsistencies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work constructively within project teams and with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with related software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM platforms) is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related discipline; prior experience in rebar detailing or BIM modeling is preferred.
