Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant with solid expertise in SAP Materials Management, procurement processes, and cross-region configuration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Purchase Order (PO) processing, Goods Receipt (GRN), vendor master management, and three-way invoice matching, along with a strong understanding of end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and support SAP MM processes across procurement, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and invoice verification.
• Configure and support purchasing document types, document number ranges, release strategies, pricing procedures, and account assignment categories.
• Handle vendor master data maintenance and integration with SAP Business Partner, where applicable.
• Implement and support three-way matching between Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and vendor invoices.
• Configure and troubleshoot goods movements, including GRN postings, reversals, and movement types.
• Manage cross-region and multi-location procurement configurations, including organizational structures, purchasing organizations, and plant assignments.
• Work on integration with SAP FI/CO for invoice verification, automatic account determination, and financial postings.




• Analyze and resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, procurement teams, and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. Required Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of overall SAP MM experience, with strong hands-on functional expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM configuration and procurement processes.
• Strong experience in PO creation, processing, changes, and approval workflows.
• Hands-on experience with GRN processing, goods movements, and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of vendor master data and purchasing information records.
• Practical experience with three-way matching and Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV).
• Experience in cross-region configuration and multi-plant or multi-location procurement processes.
• Good understanding of SAP MM integration with FI/CO and other relevant SAP modules.
• Experience in incident management, issue resolution, testing, and business process documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Materials Management and Business Partner configuration.
• Knowledge of procure-to-pay process optimization and procurement controls.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or AMS support projects.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori procurement applications and relevant reporting tools.
