Role Description As a Co-Founder of Krono Growth, you will play a key leadership role in building and scaling a digital marketing agency in a full-time, remote capacity. You will oversee strategy across performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and web development, ensuring campaigns deliver strong results and align with client goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining the agency’s value proposition, managing client relationships, leading sales efforts, and guiding the marketing roadmap. You will collaborate with other team members on resource planning, operations, and financial performance, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.



This role also involves hiring and mentoring team members, setting clear KPIs, and making data-informed decisions to drive growth. Qualifications
• Robust analytical skills, including the ability to interpret campaign data, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions, internal collaboration, and clear presentation of ideas and results.
• Proven sales skills, with experience in prospecting, pitching agency services, closing deals, and managing long-term client accounts.
• Solid marketing skills, including understanding of performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, branding, and digital strategy.
• Research skills to analyze markets, competitors, audience behavior, and emerging digital trends.
• Prior experience in digital marketing agencies, startups, or entrepreneurial ventures is highly beneficial.
