Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic HVAC Project Engineer to manage and execute HVAC projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end management of HVAC projects
- Planning, Execution, and Handover
• Site supervision, installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems (VRF, VRV, Ductable AC, Chiller, AHU, FCU)
• Prepare project estimation, BOQ, material procurement and billing
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and internal teams
• Ensure project completion within timeline, budget and quality standards
• Handle AutoCAD drawings, project documentation and daily progress reports




• Manage site technicians and subcontractors
• Troubleshooting and providing technical support at site Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma / B.
E. in Mechanical Engineering
• 4-5 years of proven experience as HVAC Project Engineer / Site Engineer
• Strong knowledge of HVAC Design, Load Calculation, Ducting & Piping
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of safety standards and project management
• Strong communication and leadership skills Eligibility
• Must be available for immediate joining
• Must be based in Chennai / willing to work in West Mogappair Work
