Role Description Application Support Essential Qualifications Work in UK shift 2-11 PM IST Application Support Maintain application support for Ensura, a custom built Progress 4GL/Database application in the USA in concert with UK-based resources
• Work with business users and IT staff to troubleshoot difficult operational, data and exceptions issues
· Manage the ongoing operations of legacy applications and integration processes to our business partners
• Work with Business Facing (BA) teams to identify training and/or process improvement opportunities
• Oversees systems testing including unit, UAT, regression, pre-production and production transfer. Post-Launch Support
- Works closely with support teams to resolve post-launch issues.
• Application Maintenance-Maintains applications by working closely with# support teams to understand upkeep/enhancement requirements
• Service Level Agreements-Ensures SLAs are defined from the business facing groups and adhered to.
• Incident Management Leading to resolution of incidents.
