Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Senior Illustrator / Sketch Artist / Cartoonist at Encore IT Solutions. The role involves creating high-quality digital and hand-drawn illustrations, character designs, and cartoon artwork for various digital products, marketing campaigns, and client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting creative briefs, developing visual concepts, producing storyboards, refining sketches based on feedback, and preparing final artwork optimized for digital use. The artist will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and project teams to ensure visual consistency,



meet brand guidelines, and deliver assets within agreed timelines. The role also includes maintaining a portfolio of work, staying current with illustration and design trends, and contributing creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Illustration and Drawing for character design, storyboarding, and concept art.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to create visually cohesive assets aligned with brand and project requirements.
• Candidates should possess skills in Painting for detailed artwork, shading, and stylistic rendering across traditional or digital mediums.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cartooning, storytelling, and diverse illustration styles suitable for digital products and marketing materials.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and illustration tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, or equivalent software).
• Excellent visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret briefs into explicit, engaging visuals.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines reliably.
• Relevant education or training in Illustration, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related fields is beneficial; prior experience in tech, media, or marketing environments is a plus.
