Product Manager – AI & Learning Technology LearnRush | Gurugram | Full-time Build products. Write code. Lead training. LearnRush is an AI-powered learning platform helping enterprises create, deliver, and measure learning. Our products span learning management, AI course creation, competency mapping, skill assessments, and AI role-play. We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can turn customer problems into clear product decisions, build working prototypes, and train customers and internal teams. What you’ll do
- Own features from customer discovery and problem definition through development, launch, and adoption.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements, user journeys, and clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise the roadmap based on customer impact, business value, and technical effort.
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver intuitive products.
- Write code to build prototypes, validate ideas, automate workflows, and troubleshoot issues.
- Work with APIs, databases, and SQL to investigate product behaviour and inform decisions.
- Build and evaluate AI workflows, including prompts, model outputs, and quality checks.
- Lead product demonstrations, customer onboarding, administrator training, and internal enablement sessions.
- Create practical training materials, walkthroughs, and product documentation.
- Use adoption data, customer feedback,



and recurring training questions to improve the product. Who we’re looking for
- Mandatory

education:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline from any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or National Institute of Technology (NIT).
- Ideally 3–6 years of experience across product management, software engineering, or a combination of both.
- Demonstrated ownership of shipped products or features.
- Strong coding ability in at least one language, such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Practical understanding of APIs, SQL, software development, testing, and debugging.
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered features.
- Strong analytical judgement and the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Confidence leading live training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Robust ownership and follow-through. Experience in enterprise SaaS, learning technology, assessments, or HR technology will be an advantage. What success looks like
