Role OverviewSNS Square / iHub is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end service and product development initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, proven program management experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. 2.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across service and product development.
• Define project scope, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align objectives and monitor progress.
• Mentor and guide engineering and delivery teams to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Identify potential risks and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery timelines, and project governance processes.
• Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement across development and delivery workflows. 3. Required Skills and QualificationsA. Technical Expertise
• Hands-on experience in product development and service delivery.
• Knowledge of programming technologies such as Java, Python, MERN Stack, or MEAN Stack.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and automation.




• Exposure to AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Data Science will be an added advantage.
• Robust understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and technology-driven product development. B. Program and Project Management
• Experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with project management tools, reporting frameworks, and delivery tracking.
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively. C. Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Other relevant project or program management certifications 5.
