Key Responsibilities
• Manage overdue personal loan accounts and follow up on pending payments.
• Connect with customers through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Negotiate repayment plans and secure payment commitments.
• Update customer interactions and payment status in the collection system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalated cases.
• Ensure ethical recovery practices and compliance with applicable RBI guidelines. ✅ Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
•
Experience:
1–3 years in collections, banking, NBFC, or fintech preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Excellent customer-handling, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. ? Salary & Perks
• ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
