Role Description The Guest Relation Associate is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience throughout their stay. Daily tasks include handling reservations and inquiries, coordinating with front office and other departments, and resolving guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally. The Guest Relation Associate will maintain accurate guest records, support billing and basic administrative procedures, and uphold company service standards at all times.



The role also involves providing information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and events, while representing the brand with courteous and clear communication. Qualifications
• Strong guest-facing service skills, including Guest Services and Guest Service capabilities, with a focus on hospitality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to manage inquiries, handle feedback, and resolve issues effectively.
• Experience with Reservations processes, including booking management, updates, and coordination with relevant departments.
• Clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work on-site in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management or reservation systems is preferred.
• Prior experience in hotels, resorts, or related hospitality environments is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is beneficial.
