Every year we help Indian students start international careers in hospitality, business and the culinary arts, and we support them from their first enquiry until they arrive on campus.

About the Role
We're looking for Student Recruitment Advisors who enjoy working with people and like seeing a plan through. You'll be the first person many students and parents speak to about studying in Switzerland, and you'll stay with them through the admissions journey. The role mixes counselling, relationship building and events.

Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students and parents on programmes, admission requirements, scholarships and career outcomes
• Manage enquiries from first contact through to application, offer and enrolment
• Represent our schools at education fairs, school visits, seminars and city events
• Build and maintain relationships with schools,



career counsellors and partner agents in your region
• Track leads and activity in Salesforce and share regular pipeline updates
• Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams on campaigns and student events What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• [2–5] years of experience in student counselling, admissions or education sales; study-abroad experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi
• Confident presenting to groups and talking to families one-on-one
• Comfortable with targets and willing to travel within India
• Experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• A genuine interest in hospitality, travel or international education
