Kosamba, Surat, Gujarat Experience Required: 4-5 years’ Salary Range: 60k to 70k Leave: 15 Days Paid Leave Notice Period: 30 Days Week Off: 2 Days per Month Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Roles & Responsibilities  Supervise and manage daily boiler operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning.  Ensure optimum boiler efficiency and maintain operating parameters within prescribed limits.  Lead and guide boiler operators and other utility staff.  Conduct regular inspections and ensure preventive maintenance of boiler equipment periodically.  Identify technical issues, troubleshoot breakdowns, and coordinate with the maintenance team.  Maintain daily operational logs, fuel consumption records, and maintenance reports.  Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, boiler safety standards, and company policies.  Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to meet steam requirements.



 Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions in the boiler house.  Report major breakdowns, safety concerns, and operational performance to management. Skills Required  Strong knowledge of industrial boiler operation and utility management.  Expertise in boiler troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance monitoring.  Knowledge of boiler safety standards and statutory compliance.  Team management and supervisory skills.  Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  Positive reporting, coordination, and communication skills.  Ability to manage emergencies breakdown and ensure uninterrupted operations. Qualification  Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field preferred.  BOE certification is must needed  4 years minimum experience is must Note This
