?️ HIRING – CIVIL ENGINEER / SITE SUPERVISOR We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor for an ongoing bungalow construction project in Khalapur, Maharashtra ?

Location:
Khalapur, Maharashtra ?

Experience:
3–5 Years ? Project: Residential Bungalow Construction

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day bungalow construction activities at site
* Coordinate with contractors, labourers, architects and vendors
* Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and quality standards
* Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works
* Check measurements, material requirements and site quantities
* Maintain daily progress and site reports
* Coordinate construction schedules and ensure timely completion
* Identify and resolve site-level technical issues




* Ensure proper quality, safety and workmanship at site Requirements
* Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in bungalow / residential construction*
*
* Positive knowledge of civil construction methods and finishing works
* Ability to independently manage and supervise a construction site
* Good communication and contractor-management skills
* Candidates with Khalapur / Panvel / Karjat / Khopoli location preference will be considered. ?
