Company Description The Good One is a design-led strategy studio that helps founders and growing companies use design thinking to solve complex business and clarity problems. The team focuses on deeply understanding customers and businesses through research, positioning, and prototyping before deciding whether the solution should be a brand, product experience, website, or go-to-market plan. Core capabilities include customer research, brand strategy, identity systems, product and experience design (including SaaS), websites, and creative direction. The studio works with seed to Series A startups across SaaS, AI, fintech, and consumer sectors, with past projects such as the rebrand of Jio Haptik around AI agents and go-to-market for Interakt. Based in Mumbai and Pune, The Positive One collaborates with teams across India, the GCC, the UK, North America, Australia, and Southeast Asia, taking on a select number of partners to ensure focused, high-impact work. Role Description You’ll shoot and edit video for an industrial manufacturing client: plant walkthroughs, product and process videos, and short social cuts. Two days a week you’ll be at the client’s office near Pimpri-Chinchwad, working alongside their team. The rest of the week you’ll edit and plan with us. It’s hands-on. You’ll film in a real factory, learn to explain technical work simply,



and see how video supports a business, not just a feed. What you’ll do
• Shoot footage on site (machinery, processes, people, products)
• Edit videos for web, social and internal use
• Plan shot lists with our team before each shoot
• Organize and back up raw footage
• Follow the client’s brand and safety guidelines What we’re looking for
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut
• Basic camera skills (DSLR, mirrorless or a good phone setup)
• A good eye for framing, pacing and sound
• Comfort working in an industrial setting
• Ability to travel to Pimpri-Chinchwad twice a week
• A portfolio or sample reel, even if it’s college or personal work Nice to have
• Motion graphics basics (After Effects)
• Experience filming in noisy or unfamiliar environments Details
• Duration: 3 months
• Stipend: ₹6,000 per month
• Schedule: 2 days a week at the client office, remaining days [remote / at our studio]
