The role We’re looking for an organised, computer-savvy coordinator to run the desk side of our Bhiwandi warehouse. You’ll handle bookings, paperwork and system updates, so our warehouse team can focus on the floor. What you’ll do
• Book delivery appointments and slots on Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart and other customer portals
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with transporters, and track shipments until delivered
• Prepare dispatch documents: invoices, e-way bills, packing lists and delivery challans
• Update stock movements, inward and outward, in our inventory system and Excel




• Maintain daily dispatch and stock reports for the operations team
• Follow up on delivery confirmations, PODs and portal issues What we’re looking for
• 0 to 2 years in warehouse, dispatch, logistics, e-commerce or back-office operations (freshers with strong computer skills welcome)
• Good with Excel and comfortable learning online portals quickly
• Organised, detail-oriented, and good at follow-ups
• Clear communication in English and Hindi
• Lives within easy commuting distance of Bhiwandi (Bhiwandi, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli) Details
