Experience:
1–5 Years ? Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise packaging, loading, unloading, and dispatch operations.
• Manage packaging workers and ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with vendors, including powder-coating vendors.
• Ensure proper material identification, packing, and site-wise segregation.
• Verify packing lists and dispatch records using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with project teams through WhatsApp and email.
• Maintain packaging quality, workplace safety, and housekeeping. Required

Skills:
• Team management and shop-floor supervision
• Material handling and dispatch coordination
• Basic MS Excel knowledge
• Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
