Role Description The Operations Executive role at Big Travels is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role involves overseeing day-to-day transportation operations, including scheduling, coordination of vehicles and drivers, and monitoring service delivery to ensure timely and efficient operations. The Operations Executive will handle operational documentation, track performance metrics, and support problem resolution to maintain service quality.
