About the Role
PHP Radius is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our ISP management and billing software. The ideal candidate will generate qualified leads, conduct product demonstrations, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into customers. Responsibilities
• Generate B2B leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, referrals, and digital campaigns
• Identify and approach ISPs, broadband providers, and cable operators
• Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information in the CRM
• Support customers during onboarding and coordinate with internal teams
• Plan social media, email, and other marketing activities
• Monitor competitors, industry trends,



and customer feedback
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field
• Fresh graduates only—no previous work experience required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and video calls
• Basic knowledge of social media, email, spreadsheets, and computers
• Self-motivated, confident, organised, and willing to learn
• Positive command of English and Hindi
• Interest in technology, software, sales, and digital marketing
