Role Description: The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, by providing clear information about courses, schedules, fees, and certification pathways. The Admissions Counselor will respond to leads via phone and email, conduct needs assessments, and recommend suitable training programs aligned with each applicant’s goals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the admissions system, following up with potential learners, coordinating with trainers and operations teams, and supporting outreach and information sessions. The role also includes achieving enrollment targets, delivering a high standard of customer service, and representing Edusphere’s values and offerings in a qualified and inclusive manner. • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with prospective learners, families, and corporate clients.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solutions-focused support throughout the admissions process.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, conduct consultations, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments while maintaining ethical and learner-focused practices.
• Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, such as familiarity with training programs, certification pathways, or academic advising.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with CRM or admissions systems, strong organizational and follow-up abilities, comfort with phone and online communication tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
